It was the mid afternoon, it was a pretty calming day and everything seemed to be going smoothly. Kameko watched as the teacher walked passed her desk going on and on about what they currently learned today. Clearly, most of the class was dozing off or just not paying attention. She suppressed a sigh glancing at the bow. Two desks in front of her wasting precious learning hours on sleeping. At the moment, Kameko wasn't bothered by it but if he started to snore then that would be another story since the sound of someone "imitating" a snorting pig was both amusing and troublesome. If one thing Kameko wanted to do and that was to sleep and if she couldn't do that no one can since she was… Well selfish but not that many people knew about that.
"Oh my goodness all this teacher does is ramble." She said poking out her bottom lip as she rested her elbow on her desk placing her chin on the palm of her hand. Kameko didn't mind who heard her nor did it matter she was just simply stating something that didn't necessarily needed to be answered. Instead of saying anything else the seventeen year old ran her fingers through her hair fighting the urge to take out her cell phone and text in the middle of the boring lecture. The one thing she didn't want was her mother coming down to find out that silly Kame got in trouble over something so childish. Just thinking of the consequences made her shiver in slight fear.
That was the one thing that intimidated her was Kameko’s parents. She never wanted to get them on their bad side since that was just a signal for suicide. Never once has she talked back to her mother or father and that wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. As she thought about it there only had to be one time where she talked back to her mother but that was only because of what happened a year ago. The divorce was something that Kameko was never glad to think back on considering that her father wasn’t in the household anymore and her new “dad” was now in the picture. Was she the only one that was having issues with this? Her mother even tried to get her to talk to her counselor in order to help with her “problems” which she didn’t have. She was never going to accept the fact that her parents split up, somewhere deep down she actually hoped that it was a dream and they would magically get back together with no problem.
Snapping out of her thoughts her bored expression changed into confusion hearing a snore come out of nowhere. Kameko slowly sat up in attempt to see if that one student was in fact asleep, and it was true, there they were snoring lightly so that only the few around the other could hear. She shared glances with the other students to make sure that she was hearing the same thing and couldn’t help but to cover her mouth to hold back the bit of laughter that was growing inside of her. It was times like this she wished that she could have recorded, sadly that wouldn’t come true. Kameko Scooted up to her desk grabbing her pen carefully reaching over to poke the person in front of her lightly in the shoulder until she got their attention. “Do you mind telling the person in front of you that some of us are trying to learn? It’s pretty hard to concentrate when someone is causing a disruption.” She said with a hint of amusement in her voice.

Kyouya glanced out the window has the teacher rambled on. It was days like these that he hated mainly because he felt like they wasted most of his time that he could be placing to better use than to hear the same lecture over and over again. He would have gotten up and excused himself if he could think of a good reason to, but there was nothing that had to be taken care of right away. He turned and looked back at the sheet of paper that he had been writing notes on that he stopped when the teacher started to repeat himself. There was nothing else on the piece of paper since he refused to be caught drawing or anything in class. His father expected too much out of him while at school that he made sure his grades were the top of his class and he picked up every bit of extra credit that he could get his fingers on. That did not seem to gain any favor for him in the eyes of his father.
”There is nothing going on in the Host Club today, not even Tamaki has texted me which is strange for him not to do. I am sure he is finding this has boring as I am now.” He glanced back up and over to Tamaki’s desk and found him looking outside as if he was in a middle of a daydream. To this he could only shake his head and returned his attention back to the teacher in order to see if he had started on another topic or going on with the same stuff.
He had always found himself being bored in school, but there was no way that he was going to start slacking and not completing his task at hand. Everything was on the line for him and it actually gave him something to do other than listen to the teacher go on and on again about something that he had repeated a few dozen times.
”Idiot, move on to something else already!” Another thing Kyouya had always control in school was his temper. He always wore a smile even though it was fake smile and usually got him something in return, but he could not help it when he got bored he needed something to do. Tamaki had given him that chance though at the moment he could not do anything about it since he was in middle of a class.
When the sound of snoring hit his eyes he looked up to see the boy in front of him asleep. This made his insides twitched after seeing who it was. A boy that he had known since grade school and who was his father only son was slacking off. Of course what else could he expect from such people that had everything handed to them? He had always been referred to as the third son and been told that there was nothing for him. It was something that he was going to change there was no doubt about that.
He closed his eyes slightly and heard a few giggles from the girls around him, but he was not expecting to get nudged in the shoulder by something. He slowly twisted his head to look over his shoulder that was just poke to see Kameko Nishimaru who parents he knew got divorced. Very little went around the schools that he did not know of. He saw noting that would be gain by doing what she asked and what was more important there was a bit of amusement in her voice over the fact the boy had fallen asleep.
”I would love to go through with it, however, some of the other girls around us might find waking him up to be a kill joy.” He had placed his fake smile back on his face and his tone was calm as if he did not truly want to upset the other people around them. It would also not do him any good if the boy freaked out and cause trouble for him either. That cost was too great and out of his hands to control.

Kameko raised a brow in his direction before sitting back down in her chair as the teacher walked around the class once again. “Hm, I don’t know about that. There are a few people in the room that find snoring incredibly annoying.” She said loud enough so only he could hear. It took her a moment to actually realize that she was talking to Kyouya seeing that his back was turned towards her. She didn’t have a problem with him, it wasn’t as if they talked everyday or that she went into the host club that often. As of now he would be the person she could talk to until class was over.
Her gaze went up to the ceiling, “You know, some guys might make an attempt to throw stuff at him soon. You’d be in the way.” She mused tapping her finger on her chin wondering if that would make Kyouya think twice about waking up the stranger that sat in front of him. “But you’re right, who wants to be a kill joy.” Kameko let out a sigh as the other started to snore again knowing that sooner or later other students would start getting annoyed. It was a surprise that the teacher didn’t even hear or see the person sleeping. “It’s a shame when the teacher doesn’t notice a student sleeping in their class.”
Was she bugging Kyouya? She didn’t think so, she was just trying to have a simple conversation with him and if he didn’t answer back then there were plenty of others she could talk to. Kameko had known Kyouya as long as she could remember. No, they weren’t the best of friends but it wasn’t as if they didn’t know each other either. From what she got Kameko thought that he was a pretty good guy despite the fact that whenever she was around him she had some sudden urge that told her not to let her guard down. Maybe if he wasn’t always so calm and cool about everything then it would be another story. In truth Kameko couldn’t say anything since she was in fact the same way, at least appearance wise.
“I’ll buy that new host club magazine that everyone has been talking about if you wake him up.” She said suddenly. Would something like that even work on Kyouya? Kameko shrugged her shoulders looking over her notes that she had taken in class, even that didn’t hold her attention for long. The seventeen year old didn’t even think that she was actually going to buy a host club magazine. There was no point for her to do so when she wasn’t even a fangirl. Many times she would see girls gossiping over the magazines so you could say that her curiosity got the best of her. “So what do you say Kyouya? Do we have a deal?” she asked.

Kyouya glanced behind him again to make sure he knew exactly who he was talking too. It was not his normal policy to talk in class, but the teacher had given him no useful information that he could write down and used later for a test or something. He grinned some and closed his eyes for a moment when he turned his head back around to the front. He knew everyone in the school by name and what their parents did and she was no expectation. He had never really saw people that much of a threat to him. She was right even he was starting to find the boy’s snoring annoying.
He did not move when she started to bait him into believing some of the other boys might decide to throw things at him. Even if he was in the way of items most would either reject being a part of it or simply state that they failed to get the real target. There was no way of getting back at all of them. Plus, it was not the first time that the boy in front of him had fallen asleep and things at been thrown. He did make sure to take down names last time and pay them back slowly for hitting him. He seemed like a nice guy on the front, but he really did hate being label as a pushed over for not fighting back. He got his payback slowly. ”That is true they might start soon, but there not much I can do about that.” He smiled slightly to himself at the thought of getting them back.
”Shame does not even compare to what he is doing now…” “Always a shame.” Kyouya said simply to her and attempted to end the conversation there about the teacher before it got his blood to boil.
For once he was slightly enjoying the break from listening to the teacher that barely knew what was going on in his own class. He would have to have a word with Tamaki’s father about such a teacher here at the school. After all they had an appearance to keep up with and if the teacher was boring this many people already then they clearly was not the right person for the job. He would allow this interruption in the education to slip for now only because he did not feel like causing more of an issue at the moment for the class.
When Kameko spoke again she placed a deal onto the table that he could really hardly refuse. If he woke the kid up in front of him then she would buy one of the club’s magazines. It would mean a small profit that would go for the club and the downside is making a small disturbance in the class. ”Fine deal.” He could not turn down the chance of making a profit. What sort of business man would he be if he did that?
He picked up his pen and acted like he was writing something down on his piece of paper and moved his left leg out slight and kicked the back leg of the chair the boy was sitting on a bit hard, but not enough for anyone around them to notice that it was him exactly. He used his left hand to push his glasses up and look at the boy jerk awake after his head hit the desk slightly. He smiled more to himself and glanced back to his paper and lean back some. ”When would you like to buy?”
