At last, at last, it was her favorite time of day.
Ayra was spacing out a little as she walked down the hall, going downstream as it were with the rapidly-growing crowd of girls. She watched with a few giggles as some poor boys got caught in the crowd and had to fight their way upstream, out and away from the squeaks and (mental) flowers that gushed from the girls. For one of the crowd, Ayra was unusually quiet, but that lack of noise was made up for with the shine in her almost-violet eyes and bright grin. She loved this time of the school day: club time! Which only meant one place to go if you were a girl at Ouran Academy.
The Host club...to see her dear white prince...
My sweet Tamaki-kun!
Finally the group of girls were thinning out, as most had already entered the music room. The second-year girl looked up at the sign above the door, as she always did, and as always wondered why they had three music rooms and why nobody ever missed this one. Oh well, what was the point of being rich and having extra space if you didn't use it? Ayra giggled and waited outside the door among the rabid fan-girls and shy ones alike. It wouldn't be her turn for a few more minutes, so she didn't need to hurry inside. She'd wait out here, like always. The hand not holding her bag reached up to twirl one of her ringlets.
She wondered how he'd greet me today. Would he be in cosplay? Was today a special event? I bet it'll be just as much fun as last time! With the Host club, you never could tell, or wait for, what was around the corner.
Ayra leaned against the wall by the door. Only a matter of time...

Finally, a day of hosting after the traumatic events of Haruhi’s introduction to the Host Club. Tamaki was in his element now; no confused genders here, no sir-ee. Here he was the King, the Prince, the Boss. The girls flocked to him; after all, he had the highest request rate of any of the Host’s. Pulling out the appointment book, Tamaki worked to see what he had on his schedule today. It was a really simple one; no cosplays just normal uniform wear. After all, they had to ease in Haruhi into the system. Glancing through, Tamaki found his first appointment for the day; Ayra Higurashi. Yeah, that would be a good way to start; a nice girl who seemed to adore him more than the others usually did. This would be a good way to get him back to normal and out of his gender-revelation shock provided by Haruhi.
”Right, let us work hard today to make sure that every girl leaves her happy.” Tamaki said, pointing at the door for no real reason but drama as they were opened for the customers. Brushing his light-golden locks of preciousness, Tamaki awaited the site of his first appointment.
Soon the black pigtails that were a familiar sight of the girl could be seen. After coughing to get his voice prepared, Tamaki approached the girl. Kneeling on the ground, he softly grabbed her hand and held it with his other one. Looking up into her eyes, Tamaki’s mind raced to find a compliment that he could give to the girl to start off their moment of entertainment.
”Good afternoon my dear Ayra; even surrounded by all the gold and jewels of the world, I instantly recognized your presence. Your ebony hair is worth more than all the riches of the world to me, but even it is but a mere trinket compared to your entire beauty. Come, let me enjoy the favor of your company.”
With that, Tamaki stood up, motioning with one of his hands toward a table where he had set up a tea set and minor foods for a delightful tea. [/blockquote]

Ayra continued to stand in waiting, spinning her fingers in her ringlet like she was spinning thread. The doors were opening, and the girls around giggling madly in anticipation, so she lowered her hand and turned toward the music room. Just in time. Tamaki was walking up to her! A little blush started on her fair face just from seeing him, Kami-sama, he was so beautiful. Such golden hair, such bright and royal violet-blue eyes, and the stance of a king! Ayra swooned a little when he knelled before her and took her hand...well aware other girls were watching in envy.
They'll have to wait their turn! He's mine for now~
Her little blush only worsened tenfold at the compliment. Tamaki always knew just what to say to make a girl feel like his princess. But that was the point of the 'Princely Type', was it not? Ayra knew the shtick of the 'types' and whatnot from being in the film industry. And yet, knowing what they did and experiencing the sparkles and roses firsthand were nothing alike in the slightest. She raised her free hand to her mouth and giggled gently as her prince stood. It was a valiant attempt to keep from squealing like mad.
"Gosh, Tamaki-kun..." she mused, "You always have just the right words..."
Ayra started into the room as he motioned to the table. Always so many roses, always so many vases, and always so many sweets. Normally she'd be looking for the theme of the day, but it seemed to be a 'normal' day. Made some sense, since that new boy might not be used to such things yet. Everyone seemed to be talking about the boy, and yet she didn't see him about. Poor commoner must be horribly confused by all of this.
It's just like a movie! Little common boy swept into a world of riches and wonder...so who is his love interest? Is there a twist?
Oh, there goes my inner-director again...silly me...~
"So tell me, Tamaki-kun, I heard there have been some additions since I've last visited. What's his name?"

Tamaki smiled as the girl accepted his compliment with a blush and a thank you. Yeah, he still had it, even after getting his world rocked by Haruhi’s situation. With restored confidence, and his hand still on the girl’s, he continued on with his compliments with the honesty and true feelings of a poet (after all, he was always truly honest with his compliments, it was just his nature).
”Tis because I am in your presence my lady, for your image is a source of eternal muse for a humble artist as I.”
With such compliments and poetic phrasing, Tamaki moved onto the next part of the hosting experience with sweets and tea. Sure, he didn’t have the sweet tooth of Honey-sempai, but he still enjoyed the occasional sweets, and girls always loved to give him sweets as a gift (which he graciously accepted of course as a true gentleman cannot reject the gift of a lady). Today’s eating would be done at a simple table, and Tamaki stood to help the lady into her chair. While awaiting her to seat, Tamaki heard Ayra ask him about the new comer into the Host Club.
”Ah, why yes, the commoner lifted up into the life and luxury. His name is Haruhi Fujioka. Today is hopefully going to be a test day for him. Hopefully he will prove popular with the guests. But enough about him, please, how have things been since you last graced me with your presence Ayra-chan?”
Tamaki mentally patted himself on the back for remembering to refer to Haruhi as a boy; he was afraid he’d screw that up and say he was in fact a she. Now of course it was time to get back to hosting, and a good way to get the attention off the gender-confusing Haruhi issue (and limit possible mistakes on his part) and onto the lady herself. Once she was seated, he sat down in his own chair, crossed his legs, and patiently awaited an answer. He could wait to indulge himself in the sweets once she started and conversation started. The compliments, the pure poetry that fell from his lips like lines from a romance novella, the almost fluid motions...Tamaki really was the story-book prince. Really it was more of a story-board in Ayra's mind, but same idea. By the time she'd reached her seat the young woman's blush had receded to a light haze of pink on her otherwise porcelain skin. She gracefully sat in the chair Tamaki had pulled out for her. So much the part, so graceful and lovely...perhaps one day he'd do her the honors of acting in a movie when she went into directing!
It'd be a shame to waste such beauty on anything less than the silver screen!
Ayra giggled softly at the name of a newcomer. What was this new face like? Cute, for one, but he much be dashing to be in the Host club. Was he good friend with her Tamaki? Hopefully. He already had the "little devils" to pester him so, though Ayra knew it was all in good fun. Mostly. "Haruhi...what a cute name," she mused for a moment and looked at the arrangement of sweets. She did love cake awfully, and tea too! "Hopefully the girls will like him. It's always good to have new friends."
Onto herself it seemed. She placed a hand to her face and leaned into it slightly. "My father is off to see a location for a new film. Somewhere in New Zeland...he took Oniisama with him, of course. I'm awfully jealous," Ayra closed her eyes and smiled gently, "I'd love to visit there. Film a romance in those gloriously foreign hills..."
Maybe a romance between a prince and his princess...~

Tamaki just looked a little confused when Ayra giggled at the name of Haruhi. Did she know something that they didn’t? Was she in on the secret? Was he overanalyzing this emotion? Eh, it probably was the last one of those; it was probably just one of those little giggles girls always seemed to have whenever something pleases them. Her face still had that light blush on it, showing a very favorable reaction towards all he had done. He, of course, still had a gentle smile on his face like always as he listened with full attention to what she had to say about Haruhi.
”Well, we are hoping that the girls will like him as well. However, I have full confidence in his abilities to pull off being a Host, even if the methods may be a little unorthodox compared to many of us here.”
Once the conversation shifted off towards the girl’s own interests and doings, Tamaki still continued to listen. He was getting a little thirsty, so he quietly sipped some tea (making sure to set it down with his pinky as a cushion of course). Apparently her father was off on a new film in New Zealand with her brother, which seemed upsetting to the girl. The thoughts of that foreign land, however, seemed to bring her back to a gentle and peaceful smile, stating she’d love to film a romance……hmmmm, that was an intriguing idea. Kyouya was always looking for new ways to make money, and a romance film could do the trick. Maybe, to make it more interesting, they could hold a raffle on the girls, and the winning girls would get to star in it, with him as the male lead of course. After all, such beauty as his deserved to be on the silver screen!
”I know you seem to love filming Ayra, tell me, what kind of romances do you enjoy? Dramatic? Comedic? It does seem such a waste such passion isn’t being allowed to shine with such favoritism for your brother.”
And of course, as Tamaki is willing to do, he decided to just go straight for it and see what would happen; Kyouya’s penny-pinching-party-pooperness be damned! They would easily make up the costs with the film itself, and if it would help this girl here get her dream, well, it would all be worth it. PLUS, if he could pull it off right, he could possibly get Haruhi to be the female lead……with him serving as the overprotective father role of course, right?
”You know, Kyouya is always looking for new merchandise for the club. I could speak with him about the possibility of you getting a chance to produce a Host Club movie, if you so wish.” [/blockquote]

Ayra watched Tamaki as he spoke, wide bright eyes taking in every detail. He was so beautiful it was sometimes hard to believe. Though the young lady did notice something different about Tamaki when she spoke about this new boy…did he always smile like that? No, no, Ayra knew her White Prince very well, as it was important to know your actors before you cast them, and this was a little different than normal. But it was a smile, so it made her happy to see it. This Haruhi boy was going to be good friends with Tamaki, she could tell just from one little smile.
At his words she nodded, reaching for her own cup of tea as well. “I have no doubt he’ll be a great host. You picked him after all, and nothing gets past your eyes!”
If only Ayra knew how wrong that statement was. Oh well.
With a dainty little sip the raven-haired student sighed dreamily. “I’ve always been a sucker for romantic comedies, especially ones that revolve around a sullen female and a charming man.” Her eyes closed as she envisioned such a scene with a young woman, wearing a pretty floral-patterned dress with long, dark hair, side by side with a princely man with light hair and a dashing smile. Tamaki fit such a role, though she had to admit she was a tad too warm for a cooler female lead. “When a man has to work to win over his love, it’s always more rewarding in the end, for him and for the audience.”
The mark about favoritism hit right on the nose. Eyes fluttering open, young Ayra’s smile faded for a moment, looking at the reflection of her violet eyes in the warm liquid. Was favoritism the right word though? Yes, I dare say it is. “He’s always focusing on Sori-niisan because they prefer the same films. Father always directs tragedies and the like…I don’t hate a good drama, and when the character’s story ends sadly, I always feel too bad for them…but he does such horribly traumatic tales. Sori-niisan loves those stories. I think it’s just him sucking up to papa.” And what does papa think? “He thinks my preference in films is childish at most.”
Ayra’s eyes snapped sharply from her reflection to her dear prince charming. The look on her porcelain face was a mix of surprise and disbelief, along with a streak of excitement in her smile. “You’re…serious?” Pale hands set the tea-cup down quickly, though with her own pinkie extended so she didn’t make too much noise in doing so. “A movie? With the Host Club? Oh, that would be dreams come true for me!” She giggled gently, raising her hands in front of her face. “I’ve always thought you would be a magnificent actor, Tamaki-kun…and I’m sure Kyouya-kun would be fun to have as a rival for you, or perhaps one of the twins…or maybe even Haruhi-san...I'd need to see what he looks like first, of course, but it would be such a treat!”
She would need to think this over. A Host movie? It would be so much fun! But a plot would be needed. Romance, of course, but all good movies had a fun sort of twist…
What would this one’s be?
"Oh, but Tamaki-kun, do you could really make it happen?"

Nothing got past his eyes….well that was an ironic statement. After all, took him quite a while to realize that Haruhi was a girl; he had just gotten way to wrapped up in the introductions and such to notice it. Still, he had to save face, and Haruhi had seemed to be shown as a popular new person; she was, after all it seemed, a natural at hosting. So yeah, minus the gender issue, had done a good job in picking out this new host didn’t he? With ego saved from his humiliating escapades that day, he focused right back onto the girl.
”Yes, I have feeling too he will be a good host; he seems to be rather natural at it.”
Moving on the conversation, Tamaki listened as Ayra said she enjoyed romantic comedies. He was rather fond of them himself for very much the same reasons as Ayra. Tragedies were too dark, too dramatic, and too sad. Bad things happened everyday; there was no need to throw it in a persons face at the movies too. No, he enjoyed the worlds of fantasy where all endings were good, and true love blossomed between two people who did truly love each other. Though to be fair, he could get behind a good drama about love too; he just preferred the comedies for the more optimistic and upbeat tones to them (it was his natural personality after all).
”I have to say I too have a preference for romantic comedies, and your view on love. Nothing in life worth having comes easy, and true love is no exception. While the road may not be easy, in the end it is all worth it.” Tamaki replied, having one of his rare moments of actually being a deep person.
His statement about favoritism seemed to have hit a mark on the girl, and he listened closely as the girl stated the issue was a simple taste in movies; her father and brother liked tragedies, and she liked comedies. And more importantly, her father thought that comedies were childish?! Why, there was no way Tamaki was going to stand for that! Not only had this man insulted true, happy love by calling such fantasies childish, he had saddened his own daughter. As a member of the Host Club, they must fix this situation! When he told her about his idea on a movie, Tamaki smiled as she looked so excited and disbelieving. Yes, that was definitely the way to go on this matter. Before he could say anymore, however, she stated she always thought him a magnificent actor…
Hmm, that was true. Beauty such as his should not be wasted, and the silver screen was not a medium of the world he had conquered yet. And of course, as the King of the Host Club he deserved to be the lead man, correct? He could even deal with Kyouya or the twins as a rival. Haruhi however? Nah, no way that his Haruhi could be a rival…….but she could possibly be the love interest? IT would be easy thing to hide, right? Such feminine “Men” existed, and so no one would be the wiser if they just said “he” had been cross-dressing for the role. Yes, that would work fine.
”Of course I can make it happen! As the leader of the Host Club it is my job to ensure the happiness of every girl, and if making this movie will make you happy, then I am going to convince them to do it!”
With this, Tamaki’s more passionate and devious side was coming out, causing a slight slip in the princely persona. He was even standing up now, pointing in the air for no real reason (he was so used to pointing at the club members). Realizing this, he gently sat back down.
”Sorry about that. Anyway, I will gladly talk to Kyouya about this; after all, there is no way that he could resist saying no and crush the dreams of such a fair maiden after yourself for even his cold exterior melts in the warmth of your passion for film.” [/blockquote]
