Appearance:Hikaru stands at five feet and ten inches tall and weighs in at one hundred and thirty-five pounds. He is mostly slender like his twin brother and does not have that much of an athletic body about him. He has narrow shoulders with long arms and legs. Despite not having an athletic body he does have some muscle and tone about his figure.
Hikaru has an angular face with a narrow jaw bone and high cheeks. He has light brown hair that is more spikey at the sides and back. He parts his bangs to the left where his brother parts it to the right. It is one of the few minor things the twins to do to stand apart, but not many notice this about them. He has light topaz color eyes that look golden. Through his eyes he allows his emotions to show. His face usually carries a devilish look about him as if he is always plotting something.
Clothing
During the school hours of a typical day for Hikaru he wears his light purple blazer, white shirt, and black tie with darker shade of purple stripe down the middle of it. He wears the black dress pants and shoes that go along with the uniform of Ouran High.
When he does not have to dress in the uniform for his school he usually wears brighter colors and mostly blue color outfits. He likes to wears short sleeve shirts that are up to date with the fashion trend of the season. He likes to wear shorts or light brown pants with sandals most of the time. He likes to wear bracelets around his wrist and a watch on his left wrist.
Personality:Hikaru had a twisted view of the world when he was younger. He believed that no one would accept him or his brother for separate individuals. He always felt that the world evolved solely around him and his twin. Until that world was crushed by someone in his second year of high middle school. Since that time he has came more out of his own shell and acted independent around the members of the club when it suits him.
Hikaru loves coming up with devilish ideas to play on members of the club and even the girls of the school. Now his ideas are more about fun than hurting people’s feeling. He does enjoy causing trouble for his brother and with the members of the club from time to time. He can usually get his brother to play along with him. He is selfish and doesn’t care how he gets what he wants as he gets it.
Hikaru hates when people cannot tell him and his brother apart even his resents his mother for the most part when she cannot tell them apart. He gets angry easily and when not around his brother he starts to destroy stuff he can get his hands around. He tends to be more immature when he not around Kaoru and does not know how to act around people when he is by himself.
Even though being by himself is a new experience for him he hates it, but enjoys it at the same time. He does realize that he cannot go through life expecting his brother to always be at his side and yet it is not something that he wants to lose just yet. He becomes annoyed when he has to be separated from his brother for a long period of time and tends to worry about him.
Hikaru is very childish in his ways. He enjoys playing tricks and the game “Who is Hikaru”. He is more outgoing than his brother and usually the one pushing Kaoru into doing other things. He is also the most stubborn on the boys and hates giving into anything when he does not get his ways about things.
History:Hikaru Hitachiin was born June 9th to Yuzuha Hitachiin, a famous fashion designer, and to (name TBD) Hitachiin, a computer software designer who runs his own company. However, he was not the only one born on the ninth of June. His brother Kaoru was born just shortly after he was. Hikaru barely was separated from his brother during their young lives even when they had their own rooms they would sleep in the same bed most of the night not wanting to be a part from one another for long.
When Hikaru was about five their parents threw a party at the manor and his mother dressed him up in a pink dress and placed a pink pigtail wig on him for the event. Kaoru was dressed the same, but was in a blue outfit. Hikaru was standing next to his brother when their aunt tried to tell them apart and got it wrong for the hundredth time. Hikaru and Kaoru pulled a frog on her and told her that she looked liked it. Hikaru watched has their maid run to the aid of their aunt and called them trouble makers.
Hikaru was very fond of the maid considering she had never try to flatter them win them over. However, one night while he and Kaoru was night exploring they found the maid trying to open a vault. It was then that they proposed the “Which one is Hikaru game,” to her in order to get the vault’s combination from them. Hikaru hide the combination in their piggy bank before he fell asleep. He was woken by an alarm and saw the bank broken. He and Kaoru found the maid escaping on a rope latter when asked why she broke the game she responded with something that would change Hikaru’s views of the world forever. When told that it was possible that no one would ever be able to tell them apart it scared the young boy.
Ever since being told that Hikaru and Kaoru decided not to be hurt like that again and started to place a barrier around himself and his brother. Hikaru had Kaoru for support and love and that was all he needed. At school when one girl approached them and got them mixed up again it surprised him to hear her to saw sorry for getting them mixed up. It was the first time that anyone had told him and his brother sorry and it was the last time they heard it for awhile.
When Hikaru and his brother entered middle school they got even worse with letting people into their world. It was Hikaru’s idea to see if the girls’ love letter meant that they were interested in just one of them and not both. However, when they put the girls to the test and saw they would be okay with either one of them it only proved to him that they saw them as only one person. It annoyed him and made him sad when they could not tell them apart.
One day Tamaki Souh approached them has they were reading a newspaper. Hikaru felt a little annoyed by the sudden approach from this upper classmate of theirs, but he listened to what the blond had to say and with one look to Kaoru they told him if they could case which one was Hikaru they would join his club and the game would last a month. During the month Hikaru had to put up with Tamaki’s guesses at random times. He was angry when the boy signed them up for a film field trip when he did not want to go. Soon he got bored of the game and decided to end it and Kaoru agreed.
When another girl decided to express her love to Kaoru, but would be happy with him has well he watched the girl to run off and he was about to rip the letter up when Tamaki called him out to being Hikaru. It was the first time Tamaki had managed to get him right and it shocked him. He listened to the boy and realized that he wanted to actually get to know them both has two separate people and the club would allow him and his brother to do that for once. Hikaru and his brother joined the Host Club the following year and entered a world that he never expected to be a part of.Controller's Information

Sample RP:Hikaru was sitting down at a table in Music Room 3. Kaoru had informed him that there was something he had to do after class, but for the life of him he could not even think what his brother could have possible have to do without him. He closed his eyes and grinned slightly since they were not expecting any customers today. No, Kyouya had purposely set today aside to go over the coming budget and film with Tamaki. Usually the club did something together just for them, but it seemed like he was the only one in the room.
He took a drink of his coffee and stared at it for a moment before placing it down. He felt himself growing angry that his brother was nowhere around him and no friends around to take his mind off him. He was jealous he knew that, but he just did not understand why he could not let go of this jealous he had for his brother. Perhaps his brother was interested in a girl?
“…No…Kaoru would have told me if this was about a girl…we would have played the game we use to in middle school with her…” Hikaru closed his eyes and thought back to middle school where they crushed a number of girls’ young hearts over the game they played. It brought a smile to his face because he realized he had Kaoru with him then, however, something else dawned on him. “…Its not a Host way to play those games anymore…” He said to himself.
He sighed some and stood up and started to pace around the table. He stopped when a sudden idea hit him. “…Yes…I will go find him…that is what I should do…” He walked towards the door and as soon as he got there he had to step back in order not to get hit by someone opening it.
He blinked and stared into the eyes of someone and it dawned on him that it was his twin. “Kaoru!” He felt relieved that his twin was there now and more calm. “Where have you been?!” He drew closer to his brother without a care in the world. For all he knew there were some girls looking around, but that was beside the point. He did want to make sure his brother was not hurt even though he knew at the school there was very little chance of such a thing.
He grabbed Kaoru’s hand with his right hand and dragged him into the music room. They were alone and it meant that they could plan evil things against Tamaki for the most part. Messing with Kyouya, Honey, and Mori was usually a line he did not cross without good reason.
“I have been thinking! That we should pull a trick on Boss. Something like the time we tricked him into performing that Lord role in the Christmas play.” It was how he saw Tamaki when the boy demanded everyone to pay attention to him.
