::Nishimura Kameko::
Type: Original Age: Seventeen Gender: Female Sexuality: Heterosexual Crushes: None at the moment Face Claim: Tsukiko Yahisa from Starry Sky
Appearance:
Kameko is described as a delicate figure with the weight of one-hundred and twenty six pounds and the height of five feet and four inches. The only distinctive thing about Kameko is her golden brown eyes that seem to shine with whatever mood she’s in making it easy for others to see if she’s feeling alright or just irritated. Her dirty light brown hair reaches past her shoulders chopped into layers making her hair a hassle to keep up with seeing that she’s constantly trying to brush the strands of hair out of her face but never bothers to put it in a ponytail. Her skin tone isn’t necessarily pale but a light peach color but during the summer her skin is a darker peach complexion from jogging around in the sun. She isn’t that much on the muscular side but she does try to stay fit thanks to her figure but that doesn’t stop her from eating junk food once and a while; who would want to starve themselves? It’s almost automatic that when people are around the seventeen year old they feel calm as if they can be their complete selves thanks to Kameko’s soft gaze and pleasant smile making her come off as a completely innocent girl; which isn’t always true. Thanks to her mother and father Kameko can’t help but to keep up the good girl impression and force a humble smile on her face from time to time. Many people aren’t at all intimidated by the girl since she does give off that “love not war” aura but when the girl gets angry people are clearly surprised.
Outside of school and out of uniform Kameko’s fashion sense prep; cardigans, flats, and endless accessories are always scene and nothing is left behind. You could say that she’s addicted to the latest fashion but it’s a phase that almost every girl goes through. At home she lounges around in shorts and whatever shirt that she happens to dig out her closet no matter how cold it is in her home. You’ll never see the girl wearing heels unless she’s forced to or it’s for some fancy event, she knows that she likes fashion but when layers and layers of makeup and high heels are involved she’ll be sure to back away from that and do everything in her will to not have any of that stuff on.
Personality:
Many think that just because Kameko is all smiles that makes her the happy go lucky girl that’s always remains positive no matter what. But in reality she’s a pretty easygoing girl that knows when to have fun and knows when it’s time to be serious along with being completely realistic. Approachable is a word that has come around Kameko far too often. Her witty personality and social style often makes others open up around her. She won’t be that girl to walk up a stranger on the street and randomly bring up a conversation but if she saw you in one of her classes or down the hall once or twice she won’t mind to spark up a small conversation. That goes for awkward conversations seeing that she can’t stand a moment of silence when everyone is just staring at each other, it makes her go crazy so she either comes up with some lame excuse to leave or just bring up something out of context.
Kameko isn’t that great on advice but she’s that girl that’s willing to listen to your problems and add in her little comments here and there. The girl isn’t perfect and she can’t fix everything but if you need help on a homework assignment she won’t mind doing that either. Her parents have always taught her to fight for what she wants. Even if she is living the dream of an elite citizen things aren’t always handed to the girl. Kameko always had the fear of not being able to be like her parents and with that she has become a very ambitious person always striving to do something better and somehow stand out for it. With ambition comes self control and that’s something that Kameko maintains very well. There are people out there that get under her skin and of course it’s hard for her to not say anything she just takes a deep breath and tells herself that she’s better than that. Snapping on others just gives her a bad reputation and that’s the last thing she wants.
Enough of the positives, let’s get to the more serious things. Kameko is stubborn and selfish, she could care less if she’s right or wrong but if you try to prove otherwise she’ll most likely through a fit. She hates it when people try to boss her around and tell her what they want her to do. She feels as if she’s stuck in a box and can’t break free to just do what she wants to. Being selfish is something that Kameko always struggles with if there’s someone asking for last night’s homework she will simply scoff at them and tell that other person to stop being lazy and try doing it by themselves. She isn’t the type to wait on others and she becomes easily impatient, it doesn’t really matter what she’s waiting for but if you don’t meet up with her on time for anything she’ll probably leave you in the dust unless you have a good explanation.
Kameko also has a bad habit of being a liar. She isn’t that good when it comes to talking about her needs or just anything about her for that matter. Her life at home is for no one to know but herself and she’s very reserved about that kind of stuff which causes her to lie on the spot when someone asks her about her parents or anything around that subject. She’s always working hard to get what she wants in life and when she sees that others are having a better time than she is Kameko can’t help but to be envious. Who wouldn’t want to have a perfect life? Lastly is how unforgiving she can be, Kameko doesn’t like arguing and if you ever stab her in the back or just do something that is just uncalled for she probably won’t forgive you for a long time. She takes her trust seriously and if you destroy that then you just won’t be friends with her.
History:
Kameko was born into a fairly large family. Being the oldest girl out of two brothers and a sister things were never really calm like most families. Her parents always wanted the best for their children and desired that they would follow their footsteps. Her mother was and still currently is an elite chairwoman of a number of Japan charities while her father was in charge of a real estate construction company. It was no second thought that they were practically swimming in money. From the start her mother and father automatically enrolled Kameko and her siblings into Ouran once they started Elementary school. They wanted their children to have the best education and know everything from left to right. Everything seemed to be going well for the family but things would soon change. Her parents weren’t the ones to constantly be in love with each other, in fact they fought so much that they ended up having a divorce. You could say that it was for the best but Kameko thought otherwise.
She was worried about how her siblings would react the same went with her older brother. After the divorce Kameko’s mother gained custody over the children and at one point tried to cut off all connections with their father. A few years later her mother remarried to another man and things were going well but Kameko thought otherwise. She didn’t like the fact that this man was trying to replace her real father, how he would always try to get to know her on a personal level just didn’t go well on her part. Maybe it was the fact that she was too stubborn to accept the fact that her father wasn’t going to patch things up with her mom. Kameko always wanted things to go back to the way they were. Her mother and older brother constantly told her to stop acting like a child and grow a backbone which irritates her more. She knows for a fact that somewhere deep down they still appreciate her father whether they say something about it or not.
Currently her relationship with her mother hasn’t been the greatest; it wasn’t like it use to be. The mother daughter bond that they use to have slowly died out and there are times where Kameko wishes she could fix things but once she thinks about the past she remembers why their relationship is the way it is. From time to time both herself and her siblings go off to their fathers to stay over at his home thanks to how known her parents are it isn’t a surprise that most people at the school knows what basics of what’s going on. She hates bringing up anything that deals with her personal life let alone people that gossip about it. She hopes that by the end of the year that things will be patched up with her mother and hopefully things will be better than they currently are.

Kameko held back an irritated sigh as she fiddled with the pages of her history book. Studying just wasn’t something that she wanted to do right about now. The seventeen year old placed her books on the expensive oak table in front of her and snuggled in her chair as her golden gaze looked out the window gazing at the blue sky. Today just had to be one of those days where there was nothing to do and the day just dragged by slowly than it usually would. Her brown hair brushed across her face and tickled her nose making her scrunch up her nose slightly before tucking the strand of hair behind her ear. “Maybe I should go to the host club...” she said thoughtfully knowing that most of her friends-that were girls- would always gossip about the lovely place. They would practically scream about it while she just sat there smiling and nodding along as if she knew what they were talking about. Kameko couldn’t blame them, all of her years in Ouran she remembered when the place first opened up.
Now she wasn’t a fangirl but she did enjoy popping in every so often to see what was going on. Everyone liked a little eye-candy here and there and that’s how Kameko felt but when it came to the boys flirting and showering ladies with compliments the poor girl couldn’t help but to cover her face for a moment hiding her blush. It was unusual to have guys do that sort of thing, it was so bold. Not to mention Kameko just didn’t know how to expect compliments from anyone of that matter. "I'll go later, probably." she picked up her notebook and began to doodle on a blank sheet of paper our of sheer boredom drawing a flower here and there then different types of animals. For now she had to concentrate on something other than that silly Host Club at this point. Her studying habits were all off, her mind was in different places, she just couldn't focus.
She wouldn’t have been this bored if only the person she was supposed to meet up with were here. Yes, Kameko had a talent of being a little tutor for other students and teachers thought it would be better for a student like herself to explain things better. Even if Kameko secretly did enjoy helping other with work she couldn’t help but to feel a little annoyed that this other was either running late or just ditched her for something better to do, “I guess it’s no problem. It's not the first time this has happened to me.” She tapped her pen on her lower lip as a habit. She closed her eyes holding back a yawn as small tears creped at the corner of her eyes.
Kameko quickly wiped the tiny tears away from her facing hoping that no one around her thought that she was crying then she would have to explain herself. Although it didn't sound like such a bad idea to have a small talk with someone if not she would just doze off to sleep until she was dismissed to class.
