::Naomi Matsumoto::
Type: Original
Age: 15
Gender: female
Sexuality: heterosexual
Crushes: None at the moment
Face Claim: Rin Kagamine- Vocaloid
Appearance:Naomi barely stands at about 5 foot and weight an even 110 pounds. Between her height and small thin build she is often mistaken to be younger than she actually is. Her golden blonde hair just touch her shoulders with her long bands tucked to the side and held in place with hairpins. Her large electric blue eyes always reflect her spirited character. Despite spending much of her time outdoors she has fairly light skin though her clothing covers some scars she had gotten during some of her antics.
Reluctantly, she wears the, in her eyes, "poofy banana suit" that is the female school uniform while at school though she did try to alter it to a more ideal design. Least to say she shows little talent in dressmaking but wears it proudly nonetheless. When she's out in town or at home she will usually put on "commoner's clothing" as she finds them more fitting for her than the fine clothing her parents buy for her. But usually she will pick out the first thing she find in her closet not matter what it is. Though her default is usually a tank top and sweatshirt with either a skirt or shorts and boots or sneakers.
Personality:She depicts herself to be a hyperactive and prideful troublemaker. She loves to express herself and she doesn't like when people tell her to calm down and act proper. She enjoys they way she lives her life and if anyone disapproves, tough, she may even grow more rowdy just to annoy them. This sort of behavior is a factor behind her mischief with the rest being her spontaneous ideas. Though she does know not to get to carried away and go too far with a joke.
She has retained her childish behavior and blunt honesty that has been evident all her life. She can often come across as rude with her short temper and occasionally is unintentionally harsh with her words.Though she is still a bit unruly, at home she is more subdued in behavior as most of the time her parents have business partners over and need her to act calmer around their coworkers and clients. She also oddly becomes more quiet and shy around her parents.
One notable thing is that she is haphephobic. The one major thing she can't stand is being touched and she has always acted this way for as long as she could remember. If someone suddenly comes in contact with her even if it's a brush against her for a brief moment, she will panic, she'll kick, scream and continue flailing until she is a safe distance away from anyone. She reacts better when she is informed of any and all contact beforehand but she may still flinch. It's not something she can help and that can frustrate her at times but after a lifetime of experience she has grown used to it.
History:Naomi was adopted into the Matsumoto family, owners of a large and prosperous travel agency, as her adoptive parents were unable to have children of their own and wanted an heir to inherit the family business. So she was flown to Tokyo from her native country, America and led a happy childhood, spoiled by the luxuries that came with her new wealthy family. The two were aware of her fear of being touched when they adopted her, though they weren't prepared for the child's violent reaction anytime they tried to touch her. At first they believed it was merely because she was had just not gotten used to them yet, but things did not improve, even simple gestures as holding her had or patting her head were completely unacceptable to her. Worried, they sent her to a few psychologists to see what could have caused this behavior. They found nothing.
All throughout Naomi's life her parents have always made it a point for Naomi of how important it was for her to excel in managing and running the business. Though as much as she worked to not disappoint them with her work in the agency, her heart was never in that sort of work ever since she received a small art kit as a christmas present. She immediately fell in love with it, and even set up a special section of her room for it. that little kit set up a new world for her. She loved the feeling of the brush in her hand and the texture of paint. She was able to express everything and anything she couldn't say with words. When she was painting she blocked out the rest of the world out, she was content, even contact with others didn't bother her as much as it normally would. From then on she spent every bit of her free time sketching, painting, coloring, and anything artistic.
Naomi rarely made many friends despite her generally outgoing and cheery disposition. She used to make friends rather easily but at one point or another whether intentional or accidental, they would touch her and she would repay it with a fist in the face or a kick in the stomach before retesting to an empty corner. That usually kept people away which cussed her to become very lonely throughout her school life. She grew to be ashamed and detest her irrational fear of being touched and tried to make sure no one else found out about it and that it would stay a secret. She then spent much of her time trying to adjust to being touched, but her efforts did little to help her control her fear. She then gave up her efforts and began trying to get used to the fact that she may never get over her fear.
She grew more rowdy as the years went by as she was less inclined to follow rules from the stress of trying to meet expectations and be herself and become more like the artist she wants to be. The main purpose of this was to create a way to distract others from that fact that she never went near anyone as well as the fact that she also found that it was a fun way to express herself like in her art. Though most of the time she gets in trouble for getting into "fights" with others. But to her it was better than being the awkward weirdo who lurked int he back of the class.
Days before starting Ouran high school, while she was packing her bag early so she would be prepared for her new start in high school, her father came in her room to hand her the girls uniform. She absolutely detested the thing and preceded to whine that it was terrible and begged to wear something else. but her pleas fell on deaf ears and he walked away saying that she had to wear that dress or he would take away her art supplies. Finding a loop hole in their agreement she took a pair of scissors and hacked away at the uniform, attempting to recreate it into something great. Due to not having any prior knowledge of tailoring the dress was sloppy at best but that didn't matter to her. She wore it proudly as she went to show her creation to her parents. It did not go over well. But she is wearing it to school until her parents find the time to order another uniform.Controller's Information

River strolled over towards the the lone lighthouse that towered to an impressive height she had to admit. Usually, this place and the area around bustled with many tourists gazing in wonder at the old building before snapping pictures at anything and everything. It was a rather unpleasant place at those times, at least to her. But dusk was growing nearer and the last group of people had already been shooed away for dinner or to look at another landmark for an hour. Why did people go around fussing over an old lighthouse for entertainment? Seems like a waste of time.
Now she was alone with her thoughts and the lighthouse as her only companions. Her hand brushed across each stone that made up the foundation for the tower. Despite the test of time, it was holding up well and still seemed sturdy. There was a nostalgic feel about it, the thing had been around probably as long as she had, her memory was a bit hazy, too much to remember, though she thought she could recall seeing this when it was newly built, but memories can lie.
River sat on the grass and lay her saber nearby. She had always carried it around with her in case anything were to happen. Though gratefully she has rarely needed it. Giving a lazy yawn, she glanced over to the red dyed waves crash against the Hungry Cliffs that were not too far away. She flicked her long, wavy hair back so as not to obstruct her view as she gazed upwards straining to see the top of the lighthouse. The beams of light twirled around the building as per usual and reached across the seemingly empty sea. She was bored.
She had initially come to watch the sunset as the view here was very good if not the best in the area. But her attention continued to wane into nonexistence. She felt like letting out a small tantrum, like a selfish child demanding her way or no way. But she was tired, she hadn't slept well the past few nights, not sure why, couldn't be bothered to look into it.
River adjusted herself so that she was leaning against the stone building and pondered over her evening's entertainment. Maybe go into town to hunt a human or two? Night would be here soon, a good hour to find a cheater, murderer, or all around cruel person that she could take. No one would miss them right? Her pale pink eyes flashed with life for a moment as she recalled her last hunt. But she soon dismissed the idea. Not tonight, maybe friday, but not tonight.
Sightly disheartened by her lack of ideas she lifted herself up, taking her time to dust some dirt off her clothes, and turned to leave this now dull place. But she paused, just for a moment, she thought she heard something. "Another seems to have been drawn here as well." She thought to herself, suppressing a delighted and mischievous smile.
