::Anya Natalia Quinn::
Type: original
Age: sixteen
Gender: female
Sexuality: bisexual/bi-curious
Crushes: "oh my crushes? excuse me while i get my list. /sarcasm"
Face Claim: sejogahara hitagi; bakemonogatari
Appearance:At a first glance, it wouldn't be obvious but Anya is a natural brunette. When she was nine, with her parents’ permission, she dyed it permanently purple, dark purple. Her hair is actually her pride possession. She grew it out over the years, but it took it a while to get to waist length, and she's proud she's been able to keep it in such good condition until now. After her hair, her eyes come in second. Her eyes are navy blue, as she likes to call them. They're not perfectly almond round like most people's are, when they arch upward, there is a slight flat edge and then it continues to go around the eyes. Anya likes the colour of her eyes mostly, as well as her lashes. Long, dark lashes that curl upward naturally. They're thick as well as long, and Anya never wears mascara because of those facts.
When Anya stands, she stands tall literally. Even without heels, Anya stands at five feet seven inches and weighs about one hundred fifty-seven pounds. She doesn't care much for her weight or height as they're just really numbers too her, along with age and grades.
Anya doesn't care much for her appearance, but the way she dresses might say otherwise. Anya doesn't have that sense of style that other girls do, she wasn't born with it. Her maids usually pick outfits for her whenever they can and she just gets dressed by herself. She usually doesn't mind what they pick, as long as it isn't pink, frilly or puffy. She prefers commoners clothing too anything else. As well, Anya is never seen in Ouran's uniform, unless a teacher physically forces her into one. She despises those puffy, yellow dresses with passion and would do anything to avoid wearing one during her time at Ouran.
Personality:To put bluntly, Anya isn't special. She doesn't have any special talents, or skills. She's just a normal everyday person, but her allowance would say otherwise to any other person.
Anya herself has two very dominant traits in her, both are which from each of her parents. Her somewhat more dominant trait is her stubborn-ness. Too keep it simple, Anya hates to lose and she hates it with a passion. Once she's set on something, she'll go for it no matter whom or what stands in her way. That's what drives her and keeps her motivated. Her stubborn-ness, too add to that she's got passion. Her passion isn't one of the dominant traits; it's more of a branch off from her stubborn-ness. Anya is passionate about anything she does. School work, after school activities, anything and everything that she enjoys she's got a burning passion for.
The second most dominant trait in Anya is her independent nature. She's almost independent too the point where it's a bad thing. Anya doesn't trust easily and because of this she doesn't let people in easily as well. Her independence is a where all of this comes into play. This independence is where she comes together with herself and is able to do what she does. She knows that she shouldn't trust people and became independent because of this. She'll never ask for help, and she won’t let people know what's going on with her. She's too worried about letting in the wrong person, and just pushes everyone out. Her independence is part of this system.
Temperamental would be another word to describe Anya, even though it's not the most common trait shown in her. She's easily moved by her emotions, unlike many of her classmates who don't often let emotions show. Anya is very emotionally based, and sometimes lets her emotions rule her thoughts and actions. Mood swings are common for her as well. She can go from extremely friendly to cold and sarcastic if you push her to do so, or she can just do it on her own. Her moods vary depending on the situation. This temperamentality causes Anya to be extremely emotionally weak and emotionally unstable at times. Her emotions, if toyed with too far, can cause her to break down any place anywhere. It doesn't happen too often, but it does happen every so often.
Sarcasm, even when she's not in a 'mood' she uses it a lot. Sarcasm is a defence mechanism for her, whenever someone says something. She'll either agree with them with a smile, or say something sarcastic back to them. Even at a young age, Anya's sarcasm was extremely evident. Sometimes she even uses sarcasm and doesn't realize it, it's something that she uses too much and too often to completely control. She's able to control it too some extent, but after a while she's not able to control when she uses sarcasm.
As well, despite being extremely motivated and passionate about many things, Anya is able to lose focus, at times, extremely easily. Even when she does, she does still have that goal planned in her head and knows what she's going to do to get to where she wants to be. Her mind sometimes drifts off and thinks about trivial things that she actually doesn't care about. This often happens when she's bored or tired. More often than not, it's when she's bored. Being bored is a given for Anya because unless it has to do with her goal she doesn't care about it.
Trivial things like: dating, boys, and gossip, don't matter to Anya as much as they do too other girls her age. She doesn't like to bother with said things because they don't have to do with her goal and because she's so goal-oriented she doesn't always see the big picture. It isn't that she isn't open minded, it's more like she's oblivious to what is going on around her. She doesn't always understand what she says or does affect people in negative ways. She lives in her own little bubble, where all she cares about, is her goal and reaching said goal.
History:Anya was born into the normal family of the Quinns on February 13th in Canada. Being born three days pre-mature made her small in size and her weight wasn't anything good either. Her mother and herself were kept in the hospital for an extra week as it seemed Anya herself wasn't gaining any weight, which was extremely bad. During that week, Anya's grandmother from her mother's side died. They, Anya's parents, decided to name their little daughter, barely a week old after her. That was how her name came into play, Anya Natalia Quinn. Anya was a name that was chosen by her father, while Natalia was her grandmother's name.
After that week, they were released. It seemed that somehow the weight of Anya was miscalculated by one of the nurses, that nurse was fired that day. When she reached her home, Anya was quickly greeted by coos and smiling faces of her soon-to-be maids and butlers. Her parents were hardly around, so instead of getting used to her parents' faces, she got used to the faces of the maids who took care of her.
Two years went by and just after Anya's second birthday she met someone, a girl to be exact. Her name was Jessica Stanley, the two girls quickly became friends. Jessica was three years older than Anya herself, but the older girl didn't seem to mind that fact. Jessica introduced Anya to a boy, her brother. His name was Sebastian Stanley, Anya swore he was like an angel. Sebastian was only a year older then Anya herself, and easily bonded with her. That was the day her crush on the angelic boy started.
The trio continued to be friends for three years. A month after Jessica's birthday, Anya overheard a conversation between Jessica and her brother. She didn't understand at the time, so she simply ignored the conversation and continued into the room to play with her friends. Anya, even at a young age, was observant and noticed how Sebastian wasn't as enthusiastic as he normally was. Anya didn't pay much attention to that, he was just having an off day she figured.
Three more years, a week after Anya's eighth birthday her childhood trio broke apart. Anya overheard Jessica and Sebastian talking in the room again, this time she understood everything they said to each other. Sebastian kept arguing with Jessica, telling her what she was doing was wrong. She brushed him off and said, stealing from Anya was easy and she was gullible believing that someone like her, Jessica, actually liked her. Anya didn't cry, she didn't yell and she didn't scream. She simply sat there, until one of them made their way out.
It was Jessica who came out first, she asked what was wrong with her. Anya glared at the girl, and told her exactly what she was thinking. Her anger had taken some time to surface, but it quickly showed itself when Jessica talked to her. Before she chose to storm out of the house, Anya demanded Jessica tell her exactly what she was stealing. The older female simply shrugged and told her. She was stealing whatever she could get her hands on, mostly small things from Anya's room. Jewelry, CDs, small toy figurines, even the ring that Anya's mother given Anya for her fourth birthday. Since Jessica had only been stealing small things, she'd been able too put them into her pocket whenever Anya had her back turned. She never pocketed things that were larger then the palm of her hand, but she stole coins every so often and a couple dollar bills that were lieing around Anya's room. That day, Anya had stomped out of the Stanley house, never too be seen in said house again. Her footsteps were loud, but her eyes were crying. She was both angry and sad, that was the start of her independence and temperamality.
During the year, Anya changed herself. She dyed her hair, with parental permission, and re-did her personality. Instead of the cheerful, gullible and childish child she once was, she became independent, temperamental, and sarcastic. She guarded her heart and her mind with walls of layering. She asked her parents if they could move the day she figured her transformation was complete.
At first, they didn't agree, but Anya kept pestering them about it. One day, while she was pestering her father; he asked her reason on why she wanted to move. Why she wanted him to leave his home country, why she wanted him to give up his business. She hadn't told anyone why she wanted to move, she hadn't even said anything about what she heard that day. She just kept going on and doing things to fulfill her goal that she set that day.
She kept her answer vague and didn't give a lot of detail, but in the end her father simply smiled. He was able to enroll her into Ouran High School, and she was going to transfer there and live there. Her parents would come visit her, but they were going to stay Canada. It wasn't exactly what Anya wanted, but she went along with it. At the least she was glad she was getting out of the country.
The small family of three packed up Anya's stuff so she was able to live comfortably in Japan. When she was getting on the plane, there wasn't much emotion. Her parents were visibally sad, but no tears were shed, especially not on Anya's part. Anya spent the few months before the move learning Japanese and its different types of writing. She learned quickly and was able to speak almost perfect Japanese by the time she was comfortably settled into Japan. She started too attend Ouran once she was ready, which only took a week. She got along with the kids in her class, and was polite too teachers. Everyone pretty much got along, and she was friendly enough to everyone.
Though she didn't make friends, she had one-sided friendships. She knew that, but she didn't do anything to make them true friendships. She didn't need friends, she was independent. Friends weren't needed for life, the life she planned at least.
Years passed, her one-sided friendships came and went, but she never accepted any of them. She stayed by herself, only depending on her and sometimes her parents. Soon enough though, she reached the high school division of Ouran. She questioned the point of a host club, but didn't voice her thoughts. She simply went along with her life, and hoped that her high school years at Ouran would go by quickly and easily. She didn't want something to affect her goal after all.Controller's Information

Sample RP:God, why did she agree to this goddamn date? Rosetta herself didn't even know the answer to that question.
Did she really like him?
Rosetta sighed to herself, tugging at her scarf. She tugged once more to make sure it was on properly. She wasn't wearing a hood and tried to wear the least amount of access clothing possible. To her that meant a thick jacket, a scarf, a pair of long skinny jeans, and a long sleeved shirt under her jacket. On her feet were boots, they kept her feet warm but didn't look so amazing.
She shuffled her feet a bit, was she really nervous? It wasn't like it was her first date or anything along that line. She sighed again, what was wrong with her? He did help her find her brother, but she hadn't seen Nathaniel since, she at least knew that he was safe. For now, hopefully the rebels didn't get at him. She would've hated that, she'd sick Keegan on them and hope she did an extreme amount of damage to them.
She tugged on her scarf once again, they were supposed to meet here right? If she got the location or date wrong, she would forever hate herself. For a second the thought of him ditching her to go off with someone flew through her mind. As fast as it came, she tossed the thought out of her brain. She didn't need to start feeling self-conscious or let her self-esteem go down.
It'd just be another annoying nagging feeling in her head. She didn't need another one of those feelings. She had enough of them. Her blue eyes scanned the area around her, she wouldn't be surprised if he popped out of a bush beside her or something along that line. She'd blink, but she wouldn't scream or something like that. It'd be unnecessary to show any emotion if that happen, it'd be what he would want. People always wanted their victim to show an emotion when they did something like that. It was like bullying, in a less negative way to Rosetta.
Another sigh escaped Rose's lips, maybe she was getting stood up. She wasn't sure of the time, but she'd been standing there for a while. Maybe she'd been too early, and in the back of her mind, she sincerely hoped that was the case.
